GBI-CHECK is our quality culture system, a daily practice that closes every day or meeting the same way GBI-SHARE opens it. Someone recognizes a quality win, calls out great craft, or shares a lesson that makes the next project better. This is how a quality culture grows: by naming and rewarding what right looks like.
We follow the standard. Every time. No shortcuts.
We don't pass work we wouldn't sign our name to.
We actively reduce waste, rework, and inefficiency.
We look for ways to do it better next time.
We document what we learn and pass it on.
New build to repair, all to code. GBI fabricates to ASME (U, U2, S), API (650, 653), AWWA (D100), ASTM materials specifications, and NFPA fire-protection standards — with in-house Professional Engineers and the National Board R stamp covering everything from stamped new construction to in-service repairs. One QA program. One accountable contractor.
GBI is a pre-approved contractor with the following:

GBI works in compliance with the following professional industry standards:

GBI maintains 100% material traceability on all fabricated and pressure-containing work. Every piece of metal that goes into a pressure vessel or code vessel is documented from mill cert to completed component.
Comprehensive document control ensures certifications, drawings, and inspection records are organized and available throughout the project lifecycle.
GBI fabricates and installs work in carbon steel, stainless steel, and high-nickel alloys including Hastelloy C276 and other specialty materials required by chemical, mining, and processing applications.
Our welders are qualified to the procedures the work demands.
